GA-H61M-USB3V: No graphics output

GA-H61M-USB3V: No graphics output
« on: December 15, 2013, 06:41:08 pm »
I am using the GA-H61M-USB3V and an ATI Radeon 7750 2GB.

My computer works fine on default settings however for some reason when I change the internal graphics option to disabled in the bios, the my computer monitors receive no signal (they're plugged into the graphics card.)

Another time when my graphics has completely gone is when I enabled secure boot. The computer refused to show any graphics with internal or external graphics until the graphics card was taken out.

Currently I've taken out the CMOS battery and I'm hoping the bios will reset so I can actually see what I'm doing on my computer.

Anyone know why these problems might be occurring?
I'm using all the latest drivers.

I took the CMOS battery out for a good 10 minutes and still no luck using onboard or external graphics.
This is after I've disabled internal graphics, I was able to fix the other issue by removin the CMOS.
I'll try removing the graphics card.

Managed to get the defaults back by accidentally corrupting the BIOS an then it recovered but I still want to know why the mobo hates my graphics card.

Is there auto setting for your graphics so it doesn't matter which is being used. Plus with the secure boot you need a UEFI video card for it to work.

That card doesn't support UEFI. Plus what is the power on your PSU. It might not have the watts or amps to run it.

Radeon HD 7750 - 16A and a 400W psu minimum
X299X Aorus Master, i9-9940x-3.30Ghz, 64gb G-Skill DDR4-2400, MSI RTX-3070 8GB, Cooler Master case, Thermal-take PSU 850w, 1-M2-NMVe SSD-512gb, 3-Pny 1TB SSD, 2-WD Raptors 1TB, Win 10 pro 64bit, Asus 35" 144Mhz Monitor.

There's no auto setting for my graphics card like that.
Somehow I managed to get secure boot working (I think), might have been a driver issue or something.
I have a 500 watt PSU.

Check the power requirements for your graphics card. My HD5770 card recommends a minimum of 550watt PSU with an Intel i5 CPU. Your graphics card is updated and faster, it could even require less power, but many power supplies dont produce their
rated wattage.
