I've flashed the latest BIOS to my board using @bios and now it won't boot. The flash seemed to go successful - the restart now? message appeared at end but now refuses to boot. I've tried resetting CMOS, removed battery but still nothing.
Any ideas?

You should post the full config of your PC.
Basically you should remove all not needed components and remake the system on a cardboard/wood surface and see what happens.
One stick of RAM ,no HDD-s ,just minimal stuff needed to enter BIOS and see image.
If this fails ,you will need to force the bios recovery feature .
If all fails RMA.

What's the bios recovery feature? I read somewhere to hold the power button in until it switches off but that doesn't enter the dual bios

Finally got it working. The BIOS update actually took away some RAM compatibility, that's why it wouldn't boot.
Would still like to know how to enter the secondary BIOS so I can downgrade back to F1 and get the RAM compatibility back.
