Title: GA-Z77X-UD3H stuck booting. Ab LED error. No display. [Fixed]
Post by: Xavaat on February 02, 2014, 05:47:55 pm
Hey,

When turning the computer on, there's a loud, continuous buzzing sound coming from the speaker attached to the motherboard. The LED screen gets stuck on Ab, "Wait user command in bios setup". So,  I assume it's waiting for me to input something, but there's nothing displayed on the screen. The monitor doesn't even turn on. I've tested the ram, and all of the connections inside. I don't know what else to do.

Specs:
Cpu:  Intel i7 3770k
Motherboard:  Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
RAM:  G.skill ripjaw ddr3 4gb  x4
PSU:  Corsair HX750
GPU:  Gigabyte GeForce gtx 670

Thanks,
Dalton D.

Edit:
I fixed it. It was just a corrupted bios. I copied my backup bios to the main bios,  then updated it. I copied from backup by holding the power button for 10 seconds so it turns off then on. It did it on its own after starting it again.
