Sorry, seems there is no technical support from Gigabyte.

Ironically, the only reason I was thinking of a Gigabyte motherboard was I'd heard Asus support was sketchy in UK. But it's got to be better than none whatsoever.

I raised a support ticket in the end and was given the address by Gigabyte support. I sent my motherboard to Gigabyte UK and the service I recieved was excellent.
