Hey.
Win 10
i5 4690k
Todey im change bois on motherboard from F6 to F8. Whit new bios i need to manualy enable "powe saver" setings in bios to get out same power consumption on idle llike on F6 bios (54w included waterpump), the problem is that now is CPU frequency all time on max clock speed (4.5ghz), im not sure, if this is nrmal or i miss some setting in bios?
