Title: gigabyte ga-965p-s3 issue's

hi guys need some info regarding a gigabyte ga-965p-s3 with q6600 + 8gig Corsair DOMINATOR +  XFX 6850 Radeon Graphics Card 650w psu the problem is when ever i try to add 2rd hdd or dvd etc when i boot pc i get a long bleep which unsure why this is but i read online  gigabyte motherboards are funny with ram and this could be due  motherboard is 1.8v and ram is 2,?v if this is the cause of the issues with booting how do i set bios up to change voltage as it getting more fussy what i plug into it

beeping was issue with psu so been sorted by replacement
