Title: GA-EP43-DS3L motherboard and Corsair memory
Post by: Bill_C on August 30, 2016, 02:50:31 am
GA-EP43-DS3L motherboard and Corsair memory.

I have just bought 4 Corsair memory modules for this old motherboard.  Each module is 1024 MB @ 1066 MHz.

The timing printed on the memory is:  5-5-5-15 and 2.10 Volts

In the BIOS under MB Intelligence Tweaker, there is DRAM Timing Schedule (SPD)
>>>>> Standard Timing Control

CAS Latency Time
tRCD
tRP
tRAS

Do I set these to 5, 5, 5, 15 respectively.  At the moment, I have left them as Auto.  Because I do not know what I am doing, and I do not want to stuff things up.

*** Mother Board Voltage Control ***

Down the bottom is DRAM Voltage.  Do I change this to 2.10 Volts?  It is at Auto at the moment.

Thanks
