Title: How long did it take for Gigabyte to reply to your support request?

Ive been waiting 3 days so far, ive build numerous systems for others and used a couple of boards myself and have only ever had one issue, a faulty usb3 device they couldnt offer any support with. Ive yet to receive a reply from a ticket submitted on the 24th and I was just wondering what their normal turnaround has been.

Hello,

Did you summit a ticket to their Esupport? If so it normally takes 1-2 days to get a reply. Also it depends on the question.  My personal experience.
