Title: Cant disable fastboot ga-f2a78m-ds2

hi, I enable the ultra fastboot and now I cant disable it, as the screen start flashing I press f12 (restart over and over, pressing f12 over and over) but it didnt work then I read this article says that gigabyte appcenter have fastboot apps, Ive tried it but it only works in window 8 and 10, I have windows 7.
I cant access my bios because of this ultra fastboot. Please help. Thanks in advacne.

on win10 go to search , control panel- system and security-power options( here click in upper left on : choose what the powers button do) now you have an setting named: change settings that are currentlu unavailable click on that, then in lower part disable TURN ON FAST STA|RTUp.
