How do I update the second BIOS on a DualBIOS motherboard?
I thought you were supposed to hold Alt+F12 during POST, but nothing seems to happen when I do that.
Boards are GA-Z68X-UD3R-B3 and GA-P67A-UD7-B3.

When you copy the BIOS across, do all the current settings stay with it?

If you save a bios before ... normaly yes you have a current settings bios ...
Use function like save CMOS to Bios...
EDIT01: Read your manual ...
Save your Bios_01 to USB key and after copy Bios_01 on Bios_02 ... More protection are the best... Why not?
You have a posibility to save to USB key... verify with manual or with other software...

Make sure that you have a stable BIOS in your Main BIOS before running the synchronisation. No it won't copy the settings just the BIOS file.
From a cold start with the power to the machine switched off press the power button and then enter the BIOS by pressing Del. Then when you get to the main screen press F9. This will bring up an extra screen which will display more information about the two BIOS versions. Assuming they are different exit the BIOS and shutdown. Again press the power button and this time press Alt + F12 where you would normally use the Del key to enter the BIOS. You will find that then your monitor will turn black and you will see:
Press [Enter] to start copying main BIOS to backup BIOS...
When you press Enter more text will appear saying:
Writing BIOS image.... xxxKb OK
Once completed more text will show:
BIOS successfully recovered! Power off or reset system!
Do as it says. Both Main and Backup BIOS chips now store the same BIOS version. You can now reboot as normal.

Using the USB to PS/2 adapter is painful. Wonder why it's not possible with USB keyboard while PS/2 is odd ???

Some USB keyboards work just fine, it just depends on the keyboard and BIOS used at the time. Also try right ALT key if left doesn't work for you, sometimes that helps on various keyboards

Another question: If I press the F9 in BIOS, it just reports the BIOS version.
So it's the main BIOS or backup BIOS version? ???

Nice to see that got it for you! Sometimes you have to use USB to PS/2 adapter for some USB KB's, other times nothing will work and you have to use an actual PS/2 keyboard.
Some BIOSes show both versions, some only show one, it depends on the motherboard. If your BIOS shows only one version, the only way to be sure what BIOS is on the backup is to flash it manually.
