"We plan to go to market with future socket LGA 1155 models at the same price levels as our existing 6 series motherboards. We are very encouraged and excited with the performance and feature enhancements that we’re seeing from next generation Intel platforms, however, our strategy is to make these available to our customers at the same price points as similar specification 6 series LGA 1155 models."" said Tim Handley from GIGABYTE.

Nice one Gigabyte! It certainly makes a change to find a company that isn't increasing it's prices using the global economic state as a excuse for them "having" to up the prices!
Shame more companies don't follow Gigabyte's lead.

;D
That's why I like gigabyte most

I don't really think I would care all that much if they did raise their prices. I buy for quality and if it happens to be expensive that's fine.. and it's more money to them to make even better stuff later. But at the same time it would be nice to have extra money to drop somewhere else.

So nice I don't think any other company does this. :)
