For AM3+ CPU, you should have no problem running at 1866MHz.

1) Set Memory Clock- change to manual
2) Where it shows x5.33 1066MHz, increase a couple steps to 1866MHz
3) Right below 1T/2T timing command, the next four numbers down are your current timings 7T-7T-7T-20T

Since 2000MHz is out-of-spec for the AM3+, timings at 1866MHz may be a little tighter. Do you see anyone recommending DDR3-2400 MHz (PC3-19200)? I don't, nor do I see the manufacturer recommending the memory you mentioned for the GA-990FXA-UD5.

On the link you gave me if you scroll down is a Qualified MotherBoard list. Not one of them is an AMD board for a reason. Also using 1866 you should only have ram in 2 slots for best performance.
Also in this forum at the top are links so you can go back to main section and see topics. There is actually a topic labeled   OverClocking Motherboards with AMD Processors.
That is where you need to post a thread like this.Overclocking motherboards with AMD processors
