I know this is a late reply to this, but I've a similar problem and I need a replacement I/O shield for my 990FXAUD5 motherboard. I've looked on the support website and had no luck :(

Regarding this I/O shield please contact under: returns@gbt-tech.co.uk providing exact model name of your MB to check the local stock of spare parts (for UK and Ireland residents only).
ZX-S & C64 are still my favourites ;-)
