OS information: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit version

I currently have 2 of my SSD i 128x2 n gigabyte 2 GSATA8_9
my problem I'm having is my read speeds is way low for raid zero I temping to try one more time putting it on the inter chip Sata1_2
anything I missing ?
