Hello, dumping my config 1st:
CPU:      AMD Athlon II X2 250 3000MHz
MB:        GA-890XA-UD3  Rev 2.0, latest BIOS (FDA)
RAM:      2x 2GB Corsair CM3X2G1333C9
VGA:      Gigabyte Radeon 5670 Zalman Cooler
Storage:   Raid-0  = 2x ST3320418AS (320GB), partitions:
c:\ 100 GB total, 40GB free
d:\ 100 GB total, 36 GB free
e:\ 150 GB total,  19 GB free
f:\ 150 GB total,  6 GB free
g:\ 96 GB total, 39 GB free
OS:        Windows Vista Home Premium 64b


Driver Packaging Version
9.012-121219a-152192C-ATI




Problem:
Once in a while (let's say daily) my PC freezes for about 5 minutes, and resumes normaly. When freezing starts, i can see (red diode on my case) and hear intense HDD activity.

Should i worry about my Raid setup?
I do realize that if raid fails, I'll loose all data ....

Have never run raid.  However, I've done a lot of reading.  One thing I remember is that in raid0 the smallest partition/logical disk size controls the raid size. FWIW
