Intel Rapid Storage Tech update

Intel Rapid Storage Tech update

I ran the App Center and it shows that there is an update for the Intel Rapid Storage (13.03.1001); yet, it fails on install.  Isn't this for RAID???  Any ideas?  Thanks.
