GA-X99-UD4 - Boot Loop *solved* due to USB 2.0

Finished my build and powered the unit on.  I was very methodical with assemply and have been building computers for about 20 years, so I fully expected the unit to fire right up.  Instead I was presented with an endless boot loop with no diagnostic indicators  (other than two changing numbers at the bottom right of the monitor - which I could find no documation on).  Stripped down to minimum to post and the issue resolved.  After a process of elimination (trying each disconnected component by itself one at a time), it turns out the USB 2.0 was causing the issue.  I'm not sure if the issue is with the motherboard or with the USB ports on the Lian Li pc-9f case.  I don't have known good to test with and I wasn't planning on using the front/top usb ports on the case anyway since I have a rosewill USB 3.0 media card reader.

Just figured I'd share.  Maybe it will help someone else, or maybe someone has additional insight to the problem.
