Motherboard does not allow booting SSD (Stuck at "Loading Operating System")

I have a motherboard Gigabyte GA 870A UD3 rev. 2.1, bios F5, which has a problem with the SATA controller. The only possible way of booting is the DVD-RW. If I put booting from SSD where I have installed Windows 8.1, just after the POST screen appears a message saying "Loading Operating System" and the system is not loaded, only is this screen.
Already plugged the SSD on all available SATA ports, already set up the controller to IDE and AHCI mode and also does not solve. The SSD has no problem, it was formatted and partitioned in MBR mode and standard work on another pc.
