Gigabyte 3 year warranty - disappointment what to do?

Hi Guys

I live in South Africa and our official supplier of Gigabyte is called Rektron they deal with all things Gigabyte.... recently my GTX 690 died and this was a very sad day for me, I went to the store where it was bought and they suggested I claim under warranty as it was a gigabyte with a 3 year warranty,lo and behold so it was and the card was then sent to rektron who swopped my faulty card for a 'new' card(After 14 days I might add), this is how the 'new' card looks:

It is rusted and the bracket is bent, there is so much sand inside it I would imagine someone used it as a make shift shovel and the cherry on the cake as you can see from the images it is faulty....

Now i need to go back and give back my 'new' replacement and wait probably another 14 days for my next 'new' replacement which will probably also be faulty...

Not happy...what can I do to make sure these people are exposed?????
