GA-Z170N-Gaming 5 rev.1.0 Build don't boot on first tries

Hi ppl,
I built an Skylake box 2 months ago, but it got a weird issue.

The problem: When I press the power button, it turns on, fans and cooler and leds all on but there's no image on the monitor, no beeps, no nothing. It just sits as a dead duck... After I press the power button again, it turns off, them I press it again and it turns on again... Sometimes it takes 2-3 tries before it get to enter POST them boot. I've noted that it seems to be happening since after I updated BIOS and installed an AIO watercooler. (but the cpu is working utterly cooler now)

The build:
Mobo: GA-Z170N-Gaming 5 rev.1.0, I'm going to confirm BIOS version.
CPU: Intel i5 6600k (Stock settings, no OC).
CPU Cooler: Corsair AIO Watercooler H60 Performance Ed. (pump connected to system fan header, radiator fan connected to CPU fan header).
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3000 model CMK16GX4M2B3000C15R
OS Driver: Samsung 950 Pro 256GB NVMe (With Samsung NVMe driver installed)
Secondary Driver: WD 1TB Sata 6gbps (movies, steam, yada yada...).
PSU: Corsair 600 W can't remember the model... used for sometime, think like 1 year...
Case: Cougar QBX
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bits can't remember the built.

Any suggestions?
