Unlocked CPU.  What brand of RAM and speed are you using?  Are you using an XMP profile?  Have you tried clearing the CMOS, or battery pull and setting up the BIOS again?

My Ram is 16gb G.Skill Trident-Z DDR4-3600 (PC4-28800) CL17-18-18-38 1.35 Volt. Not using xmp. I cleared CMOS and still having the same issue.

Hello,

Highlight the field, don't press enter.
Instead type the value you would like then press enter.

So CPU ratio for example,
highlight field
type: 35
Press enter.

Should work like that?
My PC is evolving

Ha, it worked! Now I feel stupid. Thank you sir. You are both a gentleman and a scholar.
