need help setting setings for optimal deffault performance

 
ANy help is appreciated I need some help setting up a  new system i have everything on default except the ram timings atm
below are my specsCPU:
GIgabyte GA-990fxa-udv rev 3.1
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor              (3515.94 MHz)
Memory: 16345 MB
Graphics Card Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 950/PCIe/SSE2
pointing out on here what would be optimal default settings would be great help

Hello,

Your memory will have a frequency rating, 1333Mhz, 1600Mhz, 1866Mhz...
Check the part number on the sticker and post it here.

Most kits provide what is known as an extended memory profile (XMP), this is a programmed spec which you can use by simply enabling the option in your BIOS. <This would run the memory to the max performance settings.
