Hello, I recently bought Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 4GB graphic card upon using the tool canirunit it's showing i have 3gb of video memory is there a reason why it's showing that?

Thanks definitely say's i've got 4gb, upon checking my computer details on canirunit notice does say i have 4gb but only 3gb of it is dedicated.
