3D Mercury, computer beeps and shuts down after 1 second

Hello!

A couple of years ago I bought a 3D mercury silver case for my newly assembled system. It served me well in the last 4-5 years, up until a few weeks ago when the motherboard (gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 [AM3+]) decided to pop a few things inside itself and generate a power failure warning according to the BIOS beep codes. So I replaced my motherboard to a temporary one today (Which I bought completely new, not 2nd hand) until I have the resources to upgrade properly. The new motherboard is a 78lmt-ubs3. After assembling it I turned on the computer, which generated 1 long then 1 short beep and it shut itself down. The tricky part is that if I unplug the built-in water-cooling of the case from the PSU, it doesn't do it but I fear it would overheat itself. Anyone have any ideas what the 1 long 1 short beep could mean in the case of this case?
