Motherboard vrm temp issue

Hello everyone...i just want to ask u that why my motherboard vrm temperature is at high??is it going to damage or is it safe?

Motherboard:- gigabyte h110m-s2 ddr4
cpu:-i7 6700 non k

What app is this?
What BIOS rev?
Fan speeds make this look like the system is idle. 

Whats the point of reference?  Temp 4 is VRM?

And you know this how?  It does appear high, but we don't know what for certain is being measured.
