GA-EP35-DS3 (rev. 2.1) audio crackling problem & DPC latency spikes

Hello, i have a problem with DPC on my motherboard Gigabyte  GA-EP35-DS3 (rev. 2.1) @ bios F4   19/06/2009
At Windows Seven Ultimate x64 i getting audio dropouts/stutters/pops roughly every 5 or 6 seconds in all applications with audio. DPC Latency Checker confirmed big (> 40,000us) latency spikes at fairly regular intervals. This screen was taken at clear installed OS(see picture)

I try to solve problem by turning off:
- COM and LPT controllers in bios;
- LAN
- Audio Codec
- Asus Xonar audio card
- ACHI contorller (every time reinstall windows   :( )
- windows services
- Using Device Manager, I tried disabling every device I practically could and also tried disconnecting all USB peripherals, but none of those things helped.

So could you tell me how to fix this problem, maybe you can send me some beta version of bios at my email: shock3r.brest@gmail.com?

Done.

Can you test the system after removing Xonar card completely (with it's drivers) and working only on integrated sound ?
ZX-S & C64 are still my favourites ;-)

tnx.
Yes i can remove it, but problem is that i take Asus xonar card insted of Creative x-fi gamer, so it was thinking that this cracked sound is problem of Creative drivers...

Picture is taken after windows first run... no drivers of software, bios is by default
