no XMP active
all test with Intel Burn Test successful

with XMP active 1,5 DRAM VOLTAGE fail after 2 test  normal
with XMP active e 1,6 DRAM VOLTAGE fail after 5 test normal
with XMP active 1,6 DRAM VOLTAGE ,  QPI/VTT voltage, 1.2v all 30 test successful but fail  after 2 test Very High stress level

You could try increasing your DRAM voltage to 1.65v but do make sure that the QPI/Vtt stays no more than 0.5v less. In other words don't drop the QPI/Vtt voltage to less than 1.15v minimum. You would normally need at least 1.2 v or more anyway for that.

I would suggest that instead of IBT you try running Memtest86+ on single sticks for about ten loops each. If there are any memory problems this should pick them up.
