We are honoured to announce that GIGABYTE received annual PC PRO Reliability & Service Award for year 2010. We won it four years in a row. It was based on UK's largest survey of customer satisfaction when buying IT products and services.

"This year, over 12,000 readers took part: we asked about the customer support they received, the reliability and quality of the products they bought, and whether they'd buy from the company again. We then combined all this information to produce a star rating, and the company with the highest rating wins. (...)
If there's one component you don't want to fail in your PC, it's the one that holds all the others together: the motherboard."

You can find more details at PC PRO website and motherboards voting results.

Excellent outcome! I can't say I am surprised though with all the innovative features the boards posess and their solid build they would have to come out at the front. Plus of course we offer a great backup service on the forum here. Wink

What can I say to add to what DM has posted?
Not a lot really but Congratulations to Gigabyte!  Smiley
A quick question, does this mean the Beers are on runn3R? Huh

I can not say I'm surprised, but with all the innovative features of the organization itself and its solid construction that would have to come forward. And of course, offer a backup well in the forum here.
