In the Advanced BIOS page, inside "Hard Disk Boot Priority" do you have your OS disk moved to the top of that list?

If not please move it to the top.   Also, did you have any USB Devices connected when you installed the OS?

Sometimes if you have USB Devices installed, or another hard drive, the OS bootloader is installed to that device if it was set to first in the above mentioned list during the install.   If either of those are the case, it would be easier for you to just remove all drives except the one you want to install to, and remove all USB Devices, then install windows again.   Checking to be sure the OS Drive is first in the top of the "Hard Disk Boot Priority" list before you install, which in this case it should be as it would be the only hard drive.

hi yes th os diskdrive was first in boot order, and when you first turn pc on it always gets to starting windows page sometimes into windows main page but either not for long or if you click ona program pc turns off, at first lasted long enough for windows 7 expereience score now you cant even click on google but for most part it gets to windows black page with the windows flag and then few seconds later turns of with restart to follow :-\

My gut feeling is that it is a power problem so if you can swap out the PSU even if it is just to eliminate it. The PSU is  a decent one but they do deteriorate over the years.

Glad to have managed to save some of your hair ;D When you replace your PSU i would advise going again for something of the same sort of size or bigger and if possible with a single 12v rail as they are more reliable with the more power hungry components today. All the best
