hey guys and girls...well the title of the post is my question..will a bios update to the latest one remove the M.I.T option??..i have a Gigabyte 880G-UD3H..thx in advance..much appreciated.. Smiley

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

No you are quite safe to update the BIOS (but make sure you use QFlash not @BIOS) and keep your M.I.T. option.

Hi,
AS Dark Mantis says, updating the BIOS won't actually remove the M.I.T. section but it will remove any changes you have made to the BIOS.

If, for example, you are overclocking, when you update BIOS all settings are restored to default values so, if you have made changes, it is a good idea to make a note of them so you can restore them once you have flashed BIOS.
