I have an E8400 stock cooling, 2x2 GB DDR3 1600, Corsair AX750 PS, 260GTX, Windows 7 x64.
For some reason I can't OC to 400 FSB. I think I've tried tweaking just about every setting in the BIOS, it simply wont boot at FSB 400.
Temps are around 30 C idle.
Been running this system for around a year, runs great. don't know why it won't do 400 FSB.
I don't want to buy a cooler and have no results.
In hindsight I should have gotten an EP45 for a few bucks more.
Maybe in the BIOS I'm missing something?
