GA-X58-UDR3 Motherboard won't enable all memory

I couldn't see anything wrong but to be honest none of the pictures are clear or close enough.

Follow Up:

Well I gave up on the CPU pins and decided to just return the board. Amazon was great to work with and they sent me a new board before I could even get the old one shipped.
I installed the new one and ALL, yes...ALL my memory works, as well as everything else.


I appreciate the help guys; despite me having to return the old board.
