Where are the Motherboard audio "BEEP" codes

-For the last couple months everything has been working fine.

ok, well
The 1st Bios beep code is normal on boot up....
then.
 there were 18 beeps spread out in 39 secs (1 beep every 2 secs)
-then a pause for 15 secs.
-then 6 more beeps (1 beep every 2 secs).
There are no short or long beeps per say, they are just repetatively spaced-even beeps.

Then it boots up normally with apparently no other issues.

So does Gigabyte have any "beep" code documentation for their Motherboards. ?
-I also checked my Manual, and of course, not much in there.

I think you will find that these are not BIOS beep codes at all but some alarm that is being set off by the BIOS. I would advise checking the Fan alarm settings and temperture settings in the BIOS.

I tend to agree with DM that it could just be an Alarm code but I have not encountered them on my own GA-890FXA-UD5 (rev2.1) Mobo. It could be the CPU Fan Fail Warning, if you have enabled this, as during start-up the fan doesn't always spin straight away, especially if you also have CPU Smart Fan also enabled.
 
Occasionally, a long series of beeps with no apparent reference in the Beep Code list can indicate a problem with memory and, if you are still getting them after disabling any alarms you have set in BIOS then it might be worthwhile checking that you RAM is OK.

 Hi all, thx for the quick replies.

 I forgot to mention the most important observation:

If the PC is off for approximately 24 hours or so, that is when it'll perform those exact beeps as mention in my post.  But after, any subsequent reboots/power cycles are ok with no beeps whatsoever.

 It's as if, as the PC "warms" everything is fine.
 We've ran extensive memory tests, such as Sandra, windows Index,... and everything always comes up just fine ?

 I will check possible "seating" issues of any ram, peripheral cards, .....

I have this exact issue. reinstalling windows, reseating, all doesnt work. I realize this is an old thread. my pc does this too. nothing fixes it, and it occurs on random startup about 40% of the time. on cold boot, like you say. cant figure it out, everything operates fine. all temperatures are fine, not over 29C idle, 45C full load Prime95. if OP has fixed the issue PLEASE EXPLAIN what you did to fix. I wrote a post about this and havent received an answer so if you know it would save me a ton of headache:)

Hi and welcome.

Can you give us a run down of your system hardware please so that we have a bit more of an idea what we are dealing with. Have you got a buzzer installed on the motherboard ?

What beep codes do you get and when ? Do they recurr ?

Have you tried disabling all the BIOS alarms ?
