You're welcome and there is no reason for there to be any problem with adding a new card. Are you sure that the other GPU was fried? It couldn't just have been a case of the PSU getting old and failing could it?
PSU? O.o The video card was not fried it was malfunctioning, everytime i turned on my pc i had to push the restart button several times before the computer made a bip and actually started. Eveytime i was viewing a youtube video that was higher then 240 or in FS the computer froze and restarted itself.
No 3d application would work with it anymore, so i got it out. The video card had no built-in fan and was overheating itself to fast.
I had it from my uncle after he upgraded to a better one, and his kids were hard core gamers, it stil worked for me for 2 years so i'm not complaining

I just wanted to be sure i don't need a new motherboard and that if i get a new 512 display card i won't have problems if the mainboard card is dead.
