Hi,
I can aquire a fairly old motherboard that I intend to use as a Freenas server.
Can anyone identify what board it actually is though, it would be a great help.
Thanks

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte forum.

It doesn't appear to be a Gigabyte board as far as I can tell but the picture isn't very good and there is no detail. Another higher quality picture might help and taken straight down on top instead of from an angle.

Have you tried doing a google on all the serial numbers you can find on the board?
There's no place like ::1

It is our board indeed. I can tell it from its colours and the green label. And ... yes there is even our logo (similar to G) there :)
Seems like dual CPU workstation or server MB.

You need to search for "GA-..." on the PCB. It's just near our logo, above the memory slots.
ZX-S & C64 are still my favourites ;-)

Hi,
Thankyou that was enough to find out that it's a GA-7DX+
 Thanks again.
P.S. I used to love my 7VT600-RZ. It was awesome when it was released. That single board made me decide to buy Gigabyte if I can. The build quality and functions of that board were top notch. :)
