Hi
I have a problem that I need help with, and on logging in I got the message that my cookies need adjusting to be able to login (or I guess cookies from this site need accepting) But as my system is set to accept all 1st and 3rd party cookies I can't seem to adjust them any more than that, and the Gigabyte forum continued to reject my login which was quite correct in username and password.
I tried re-registering but the system rejected this as my email address was already registered, so after 40 mins of wasting my time, I tried resending for my PW, which I new was correct, I again then entered my usual PW and was accepted into the site.
In the 40 mins that I tried to login I searched for a " Contact Us " which most quality sites have to offer help on such occasions, this site not having one makes customers/members feel not really wanted.
Would it not be better to provide a Contact Us for login help??

Hi and welcome.

Yes I would have to agree and it is one of the things I have always found that Gigabyte almost seems to be reticent regarding being able to contact anyone. They certainly don't make it easy and the only way would be to PM but you need to be logged in to use that so "catch 22" really. Undecided

Hi again, Precisely, It seems like once this company has sold the product, its get lost, we don’t want you contacting us with your problems.
I was very frustrated and wasted 40 mins of my time, all because I have a problem with their product that I want sort out myself if possible, not good when compared to other modern companies.
Microsoft are the same, you are passed from page to page and end up back where you started, a lot older and still no wiser, its no wonder people hate them and send nasties at Microsoft stuff, problem is, its ordinary PC fans like myself who get the crap, and have to pay to have it sorted out.
Regards Robert.

Now that you have logged on to the forum it is not any problem for you as you have a choice of contacts depending on what is the problem. It migh be worth noting them down for future reference.

GGTS - The first place of contact. Just enter your email address and click on the language of choice - http://ggts.gigabyte.com/
