Agreed! It can become a PITA with all the notifications of drivel that it constantly sends out. I did likewise.

Hi DM!  Ya, I am finally getting my head out.  ;O)  I sure would love that board!  Those assassins are pretty cool.  I am being tempted by the Z68 motherboards lately, esp the ones with PCIE3 support.  Oh well, I have money problems right now though, I don't have any...  ;O)

Yes, sure is a nice setup. Powerful too. I have got the Z68X-UD5-B3 and that is an excellent board. When I get time later I will probably do a review on it even though it is not exactly cutting edge now.

I think most of us have the same problems with money at the moment. Cry

Hey, I have no issue with money...  I don't have any.  I do wish I had waited a little longer before jumping into a new board though. Not being able to use the PCIExpress slot and then no PCI slots for my raid card either.  I am not sure why I didn't catch either one of those items when I first looked at my P67A-UD7-B3.  Expensive board and now I am also wondering (question coming) if the 2 PCIe2 x 16 slots that are both @ x 16 because of the nividia chip is any faster than the upcoming and also already out boards that have the PCIe3 x 16 ready lanes on some boards

I have no idea about this but wouldn't it be great if when nvidia comes out with their "600" series cards (Mar-Apr?) and they came out with the first PCIe3 x 16 graphics cards this time?  I dunno if that is what's up but it would be cool with the right board.

Or maybe I should just go back to sleep...  ;O)

Ya, old age on steroids even...  You know at first I wasn't keen on the green board there but after looking at it and seeing all the possibilities I think it would be a really fun board to have.  A board like the Assassin 2 just begs you to build a special case for it.  LOL, I need a bigger place!
