I recently had to RMA my Gigabyte GA-790XTA-UD4 AM3 motherboard for the 2nd time since I purchased it.  Just as happened last year GBT fixed my motherboard the day they recieved it & I got it back the next day.  Shocked

I included a list of the issues & every single one has been resolved.

Having dealt with several other manufacturers over the years I can honestly say this is by far the best service I every experienced (Thermaltake  Cry cough, cough ).  (I can't speak for Gigabyte in other countries though).

I just thought I'd post so if any users are considering UK RMA's for niggly faults & wondering whether to bother.  On my experience you'll probably only be without your board 2-3 days so go for it.

Hi there,

pleased to read of your positive RMA and it is only when things go wrong that you discover how good a company really is. Luckily for me I have never had to RMA anything to Gigabyte in over 10 years of using their products so it is nice to see that should the need arise it will be handled quickly and efficiently.

Well done Gigabyte UK, for the prompt response!  Grin

It's good to hear of another great  experience of Gigabyte UK's RMA procedure. I have used them a couple of times and each time it has worked brilliantly. runn3R has always made sure that it all ran smoothly too.  Cool

Judging by the customers from the USA (registering on here just to post) complaining about their experiences over there.  it look like we well & truly have got the good end of the stick.

As long as it continues customers in the UK won't really have any reason to try another company.
