The M8600 Utility Version 1.2 will install but gives an error of "Objects not Registered" when you try to run the software.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

I have just answered your other query and I think the same would apply for this one. I would say that it is quite possible that something is faulty and may require an RMA but have a word with GGTS first. You could try removing asnd then reinstalling the software first though. You are not running the mouse through a hub are you ?

GGTS

Yes, but have you got the rodent plugged into the rear USB port directly not through a hub or the front port ?

The mouse is plugged directly into a rear port on the computer. Not via a Hub.

In that case i think you should return it to the place of purchase for a replacement.
