problem to install ubuntu

Hi, I have a problem with my computer,I have a GA-880GMA-USB3(rev. 3.1)motherboard and AMD FX-8150 processor.

When I try to install ubuntu, I was getting following message before the boot process would freeze: ACPI Warning: Incorrect Checksum in Table [TAMG] 0xD2, should be 0xD1 -(20110623/tbutils-314) .

I have the latest bios off the gigabyte website F4C and 8GB of corsair RAM.

I realy need get ubuntu in my system,
Any ideas why this might be happening?

Seems like you already have an answer from tech on ubuntu forums reposted so in case you missed it there.

Make sure you have installed the latest BIOS flash updates from the manufacturer's web site. And create a USB Flash Drive with a Live Bootable Ubuntu on it to boot from to install everything, after you get your BIOS updated or checked out. Worst comes to worse you can just reset the CMOS on your motherboard. That should do the trick if all else fails. Here is a nice guide to get that USB Flash Drive ready when you are done with BIOS/CMOS:
