im using window xp sp2, 1g graphic carg geforce gt220, cpu amd athlon 64 5200+, mobo GA-M720-ES3, my problem when i put both 2g ram my computer shown only 2.00GB when i put only 1 ram also 2.00GB shown...then i put both ram to another slot also same...i try put only 1 ram at every slot also same result shown 2.00GB same to another ram..

shown on system info =
Total Physical Memory   4,096.00 MB
Available Physical Memory   1.46 GB
Total Virtual Memory   2.00 GB
Available Virtual Memory   1.96 GB
Page File Space   3.85 GB
Page File   C:\pagefile.sys

and im using KVR800D2N6/2g ram

Hi and welcome.

It sounds like you have some weird fault there. The first thing to do would be to update the BIOS to the latest version using QFlash and make sure that you disable the Keep DMI Settings on the QFlash homepage when you get to it. After flashing ther BIOS load Optimised BIOS Defaults and make any other changes that you usually do.

If that still doesn't help post back here.

thanks alot...already update my bios to f5 and my ram show 3326mb.. Grin
but my system information got error after upgrade window to sp3  Tongue
it shown hcp://system/sysinfo/msinfo.htm
how to solve this error? reisntall all Framework?
