Hi and welcome to this forum.
First of all, having a rant here is the wrong place for a start! As we all here are just enthusiasts just like yourself and don't work for Gigabyte whatsoever.
We are just ordinary folks who try our best to help each other in a friendly manner to get our issues sorted, albeit erroneously at times, but that's all part of the learning curve I guess.
So coming here and running down a company because your not happy or whatever is just wrong! It's not welcome and certainly not warranted.
If you have a grievance with Gigabyte, why not take up the issue with them directly?
In finishing up here, I don't think a major company like Gigabyte will fall over by losing your custom!

Firstly, this is the place to voice my concerns which are lets be honest valid and mesurable and warranted. As this is GIGABYTES offical UK Forum?
Its also visited by gigabyte staff and not just by the community. Who also said that I didnt contact GIGABYTE direct?
Secondly, you bet that a company like gigabyte should have concerns about their support for past customers. One unhappy customer = more than hundred.
Thirdly, instead of supporting me as a fellow customer for better support u jump down my neck. Hmmm. Do you think its too much to ask for support for a product?
Lastly, if you dont like this thread, dont read it.
its people like you, that bend over and sing along while the big cooperations give them two fingers.
