Hello, pls I need help from setting up this POST
The mobo is 78lmt-s2p, with phenom II, and a 4G DDR3 from micro center. My power is a 500W El series. I've tried evetything, but still, no video output. I'm using the onboard VGA to make sure nothing goes wrong. I'll be waiti.g for your urgent response. Thanks.

Have you tried both the vga adapter and the dvi connector and neither works? If you have only tried the blue vga connector on board then try it with the dvi and see if it works. That will tell you if it is connector and possiably cable or chipset problems.
