Hi,
Only got this board a few weeks ago and now i find myself totally gutted that ivybridge is locked to 39 max multi !

Can a tech please tell me if there will be a bios release to fix unlock the multi, so far my new chip is slower than my old 2500k, takes the piss big time Sad

Just want to know if there will be a new bios Huh

I'm so gutted it hurts like hell, i have no money for a mobo z77 Sad
If this is'nt fixed soon it will be the last gigabyte board i buy as next will be a z77 from another brand, i'm not into buying things that get dodgy support and cost me a arm and a leg.

I got this gb board as it said it was pcie 3, what a joke Sad and now i find it does'nt support ivy k , joke!

Yes i see now, if only i'd looked in mobo sections instead of cpu forums Sad

Does anybody think it's worth keeping my gb board on the hope they fix the issue ?
or
Sell it and get a z77, i'm feeling lost with a unclockable board Sad
