Hi guys. I am an avid reader of this forum and have resolved issues utilizing the information found here, thanks for that. I have come across a new issue with one of the fans on the heat-sink. It has recently started buzzing at both low and high speeds. I would like your advice on whether this constitutes an RMA. Thank you.
