so I've been playing with my ram, and noticed that whenever I turn off the computer and turn it on, the dram voltage gets reset to 1.5 (my stock ram is 1.35)  I am running the f7 bios.  Also, is there somewhere I can find out what the subtimings mean?  for example tWL?  is that tWCL?

i've tried the usual such as
1. clear cmos
2. unplug power supply, hold power button, cmos reset
3. unplug cmos battery
4. a combination of all the above
5. unplug all usb except keyboard
6. try 1.55 voltage, and 1.45 voltage
7. re-update bios
8. load optimized settings and then reboot and then retry other voltages
8. and combinations of all the above.

nothing changes except the dram voltage and nothing works.  I mean if i dont mind the 1.5v the board works great, but thats a big if when the memory is supposed to run at 1.35v

when i push alt 12, it just asks me to choose boot device, and when i choose the usb with the firmware it says remove device and push any key to continue and then boots to windows

also tried ctrl f12 and alt+ctrl f12.  most of the time it just continues to boot to windows, once in a while it'll ask me to choose boot device, and no matter what i choose it boots to windows.  Where is this documented/recommended?  I searched and they were all regarding older motherboards

should i set my main bios to f4 (stock) to match my backup bios?  Can i just manually sync both bios by booting into each one and modifying the settings?
