hi everyone. I want to set the bios of my board, anyone can tell me where to find a tutorial or manual to do it correctly according to the parts of my pc.

These are the characteristics of the computer:

- Board: GIGABYTE GA-UD4 Z68XP Rev 1.3
- Memory: Corsair 16GB Vengace (1600 MHz, latency 9)
- CPU: Core i5 2500K
- Power: 600 watt thermaltake
- Video: EVGA 9500 GT 1GB
