wanting to use a sylus with mt s1080. currently having hard tip stylus but is not working! what could be wrong?

Is it a capacitive stylus? What devices does it claim to support? Do you have a partnumber or model number for it?

The only type of stylus that will work on the screen are the soft rubber tipped ones.
