Is there a default password? I received the computer with the card installed. But I cant add a device or access bluetooth or wi-fi. keeps asking for a password

Firstly I would contact the builder of the rig to see if they have put anything in place or if not to see if they can help you.

Secondly a few more details of the system and exactly what is happening would make things clearer for anyone wanting to assist you.
