Motherboard is Gigbyte GA-A75N-USB3 running Windows7 MCE all drives/software have latest up-dates. The buttons for volume, channel up/down, fast forward/backwards do not work form my new Emprex remote 3009ARF III with USB dongle in USB2 slot or USB3 slot. The recomended pairing sequence has been done but no effect. Also I connected an mCubed HFX 600 IRd remote control to all of the usb sockets and got the same result. Anyone got any ideas to help

 Cheesy OK fixed it.
I re-installed the drivers from the supplied DVD one at a time instead of relying on the auto-install button.
I've now got a very quick, stable media centre .............. wehey!!
